Max Scott

Max is an award winning property investor who has completed over £/€100 million of great property deals.

Primarily focussing in the South East of England and Dublin, Ireland; Max has acquired everything from single lets, blocks of flats, HMO’s, commercial, mixed use and occasionally commercial conversions and new build.

He started and scaled Star Property to an end to end property buying company covering everything from Legals and Insurance to Construction, Management, Supported Housing and Accountancy.

Max launched his own business in 2023 and acts directly for a select group of wealthy clients, building their property portfolios.

Max predominantly helps people and businesses with at least one million pounds ready to invest, make their money work for them. This is achieved by building their property portfolio, maximising the returns to create a passive income that exceeds their lifestyle spend. Work then becomes a choice and they can live a life by design.

Joanne has a solid and diverse legal background, including experience within residential conveyancing.

Her background in residential conveyancing means she has a clear understanding of both the financial and legals elements of a property transaction. Joanne also has firsthand experience with conversions, renovations and home improvements, providing an all-round knowledge of the fundamentals involved when it comes to investment property.

Sven Chesters

An accomplished Property Acquisitions Executive, Sven has 20 years of experience in commercial and residential property development and investment.

Having managed packages within multi-million-pound projects in and around London and the Southeast, Sven has become a reputable figure in the industry. As the owner of his own successful property investment company, he has specialised in producing high-quality new homes through conversions and new builds over the last decade.

Sven’s expertise in permitted development and identifying high-yielding properties allows him to consistently deliver profitable ventures whilst maximising gains. Sven believes that an eye for detail, efficiency of resources and creating win-win scenarios are the key components of successful property investment.
